At the start of his medical career, he used to work as a clinical associate in the ICU division at Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai. During this time, he encountered every type of medical case which gave him in depth access to medicine and surgery. However, Nephrology intrigued him and he further explored his interest in the study of Kidneys during his fellowship at the Bombay Hospital.

The physiology and anatomy of the kidney fascinated him. He wanted to know more about the kidney-related diseases people face and how he could help them in their daily lives. He became the first Nephrologist to practice in the district of Raigad. The centers he established provides dialysis at subsidized prices to patients from economically weaker sections.

Dr. Vaibhav is an expert in treating all forms of diabetes, including type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes. He provides individualized treatment plans that incorporate dietary changes, prescription drugs, and insulin therapy.

He regularly organizes camps for patients to diagnose and detect diabetes-related complications. He is also skilled at managing diabetes-related problems such as retinopathy, neuropathy, renal diseases, and even cardiac-related conditions.

From being a silent child who was a keen observer, Dr. Vaibhav has become a sincere medical professional who genuinely cares for his patients. He attends to them in the kindest manner and makes sure he is providing sufficient time. His friendly nature, brings comfort and ease to his patients and his soft-spoken nature makes him a much sought after doctor.

As a Rotarian, he also does his bit to serve the communities and improve healthcare access and quality for those in need. He believes in being himself for the people who believe in him. With the power of belief, he has managed to introduce the Raigad district to medical centers that provide systematic infrastructure and a professional & well-trained team.
